Architectural Wall Panel
The Metl-Span CF Architectural insulated metal wall panel is ideal for high-profile architectural applications with its flat, monolithic appearance. The panels are designed to be installed horizontally or vertically with concealed clips and fasteners in the side joint. Architectural wall panels provide a beautiful, flush appearance and interlock with other panels allowing architects flexibility with design.
Striated Wall Panel
Metl-Span Striated Wall Panel is an attractive and economical alternative to typical flat wall panels. The exterior face is lightly profiled with narrow longitudinal striations to 1/32-inch depth and exhibits a virtual flat appearance from a short distance away. The Striated wall panel is an exceptional value combining the aesthetics of a flat wall panel and high insulation ratings of a polyurethane core.
Tuff Wall Panel
Metl-Span Tuff Wall® is an exceptionally attractive stucco-like insulated wall panel that provides the masonry look that many designers and communities desire. ThermalSafe® Fire Resistant Panel
ThermalSafe® combines advanced panel design with Metl-Span’s sophisticated manufacturing expertise to create a composite panel with a core made from non-combustible structural mineral wool boards that are processed in the factory to maximize compressive strength. The resulting fire rated panel has superior structural characteristics and span capability. Metl-Span has created this mineral wool panel to achieve a one-, two- or three-hour fire resistance rating under the most demanding conditions. In addition to its fire resistance characteristics, the panel provides good thermal performance and protection from the elements. The unique LockGuard® interlocking side joint further enhances the fire resistant performance of the panel with its tongue and groove engagement of the mineral wool core.

Designer Series, 16" Fluted Single Skin Panels
The Designer™ Series 16″ Fluted panel provides an elegant, clean design for any building with the toughness of metal. The panel offers a continuous rib design with a hidden sidelap where the panels join together. The ribs provide interesting shadow lines along the length of the wall. The panel legs are 1 ¾” deep, allowing ample space for rigid board, blanket, or batt insulation in the cavity.
Shadow Rib Single Skin Panels
The ShadowRib™ panel is a proven performer and versatile tool for designers. The panel has superior structural strength that does not sacrifice appearance or design flexibility. The deep flutes featured on this panel create distinctive shadow lines on your structure. The ShadowRib panel may be secured to your structure from the outside of the building with concealed clips or from the inside of the building with an expansion fastener-both methods create a secure interlock between the panel and structure.

NuWall Single Skin Panels
NuWall® combines the ease of installation in both new and retrofit applications with the pleasing aesthetic appeal of a clean, uninterrupted wall. For retrofit construction, all installation work is performed outside with no disruption to the interior workplace. The NuWall panel can be installed over an existing R panel wall; other panel profiles may require the use of subgirts. The panel is attached to the structure with self-drilling fasteners on one side of the panel only, no clips required. The adjoining panel simply snaps into the previous panel for a quick installation.
FW-120 Single Skin Panels
The FW-120 panel is a concealed fastener wall and liner panel that provides a flat appearance. FW-120 is commonly used for architectural, commercial and industrial markets. The heavy gauge offering provides for large spanning capabilities, particularly in composite wall applications. The panel is available in a flat profile, with one bead or two beads.

7.2 Rib Single Skin Panels
When a design calls for a commercial or industrial thru-fastener panel, 7.2 Panel offers versatility and functionality. 7.2 Panel is a 36″ wide panel with symmetrical 1 ½” high ribs on 7.2″ centers. This rugged panel also offers excellent spanning capability.
PBR Single Skin Panels
The PBR Panel is used for a wide variety of architectural, commercial, and industrial applications. PBR is a structural panel with exposed fasteners used on wall applications.
PBU Single Skin Panels
The PBU panel is an exposed fastener system that can be used both horizontally and vertically for wall applications. It can be installed directly over purlins or joists and gives designers a contemporary appearance for their building project.
PBD Single Skin Panels
The PBD panel is an exposed fastener wall panel with symmetrical ribs from top to bottom.
PBC Single Skin Panels

When used in a wall application, the Econolap 3/4″ metal panel also side laps at the high cell. All Exposed Fastener metal wall panels may be installed in a variety of rainscreen applications to form a complete wall system. MR3-36 Single-Skin Panels
The 3” depth MR3-36 exposed fastener metal wall panel has three evenly spaced ribs with available staggered or reversed perforation pattern. The perforation pattern comes in an extensive variety of options. They combine an airy aesthetic with outstanding performance as they blend industrial and other applications with their surroundings. The panel’s design also allows for air circulation and natural light to pass through, while providing additional security and unique aesthetic appeal. EcoScreen Perforated panels create a screen wall using either 20-gauge stainless steel or 0.04” painted aluminum by using our unique fabrication process.

Super-Rib Single-Skin Panel
The Super-Rib exposed fastener metal wall panel is our strongest panel, allowing for longer spans and a reduction in the number of supports. As a wall panel, Super-Rib side laps in the low cell, but when utilized as a roof panel, Super-Rib is inverted so that the side lap occurs in the high cell. All of our Exposed Fastener metal wall panels may be installed in a variety of rainscreen applications to form a complete wall system. Systems may also vary from an uninsulated screen wall to BW Systems. This durable, ribbed metal wall panel comes in a variety of colors, ensuring endurance while providing design flexibility. The Super-Rib panel is 24” wide with a panel depth of 4”.
