Designed with CENTRIA's innovative advanced thermal and moisture protection (ATMP) technology, MetalWrap Integrated and Long Span Series feature integral attachment systems for multiple materials, making these systems the perfect choice for mixed-medium exteriors. MetalWrap insulated composite backup panels serve as the ultimate backup wall for nearly any type of exterior rainscreen system, from single-skin metal to brick, terra cotta and others.
METALWRAP WITH CLIPS
MetalWrap Long Span Series is an insulated composite backup panel system that consists of two steel skins permanently bonded to a poured-in-place foam insulating core. The panel provides thermal, air, water, and vapor barriers in a composite assembly. This single component assembly replaces multiple components used for backup wall systems. Various attachment systems are available to accommodate different exterior rainscreen materials using steel subgirts. A minimum of 18-gauge steel studs is recommended for horizontal panels.
MetalWrap insulated composite backup panels showcase integrated components, including windows and louvers. The product's single-component construction means a single source of responsibility, leading to less coordination, fewer scheduling and interface issues, and one-step installation by one contractor.
TetraShield is a foam composite panel constructed of two roll-formed steel skins surrounding and entirely bonded to a closed-cell, poured-in-place polyisocyanurate foam core. The exterior face is finished with a polyester paint to allow for longer exposure during construction. The facings and flashing tape create a vapor, air, and moisture barrier, and provide long-term thermal stability along with the foam core.
Rain Screen Systems
Intercept is a modular metal wall panel system that allows for design versatility by incorporating different substrates, depths, tapers, slopes, curves, and perforations into an easy-to-install rainscreen. Our modular metal wall panels deliver the protection you are looking for in a rainscreen system with an architecturally pleasing exterior façade. They are ideal for use in a variety of industries including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, office buildings, retail and more.
CENTRIA Cascade metal panels change the landscape of single-skin rainscreen façades with signature curves and bold, sloped-rib profiles. Inspired by the delicate play of light and shadow created by flowing water, Cascade panels create complex wall relief that has never been seen before in corrugated metal wall panels, while offering the same performance associated with CENTRIA rainscreen products.
Concept Series single-skin wall panels feature concealed fasteners and a common-lock joint that allows the panels to be integrated with each other and the CASCADE metal panel system. Learn more about these single-skin rainscreen panels.
IW Series metal rainscreen panels eliminate exposed fasteners for a clean, unbroken aesthetic. These single skin metal panels are an excellent option for both the new construction and retrofit projects. With the ability to install the panels year-round, installation time is shortened, leading to fast-track scheduling and a potential reduction in construction costs.
Lend your next rainscreen project an innovative, sleek aesthetic accent with seamless panel corners, eye-catching extrusions, integrated louvers or sweeping curves. Any of these design options will add an element of aesthetic pleasure to your next rainscreen project.
PROFILE SERIES LOUVERS
All Exposed Fastener metal wall panels may be installed in a variety of rainscreen applications to form a complete wall system. Systems may vary from an uninsulated screen wall to MetalWrap Series, an insulated composite backup panel system with Advanced Thermal and Moisture Protection (ATMP®) Their flexibility and excellent negative wind load properties make these exposed fastener panels an excellent option for both new construction and retrofit projects.
EcoScreen Perforated Screenwalls are created through the use of a unique fabrication process 20-gauge stainless steel and 0.040" painted aluminum. Our perforated metal panels combine an airy aesthetic with outstanding performance, blending industrial and other applications with their surroundings.
