We build Jamoclean® doors to withstand the demands of daily disinfecting without degrading like traditional doors. Our fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) doors use seamless, monolithic panels with a durable gelcoat that stand up to harsh cleaning, day after day.

Reinforced Core

At the heart of every Jamoclean® sliding cleanroom door is a strong 1 ¾-inch thick panel built for durability. We insulate doors with a closed-cell core that’s free from harmful chemicals like CFCs and HCFCs. This fire-retardant core limits airflow and smoke, while an optional polypropylene honeycomb core adds strength without extra weight. Stainless steel edge capping further increases door panel resistance. 

Monolithic Fiberglass Construction

The Jamoclean® manual and automatic sliding doors use a molded, ⅜” solid monolithic fiberglass perimeter edge. This ensures a seamless and highly durable structure and eliminates joints or seams where contaminants can accumulate. A 25-mil gloss gelcoat finish provides even more protection. Its non-porous, easy-to-clean surface resists harsh cleaning agents and frequent washdown cycles.

When it comes to sliding doors, cleanrooms need options. Designed to fit diverse sterile applications, Jamoclean® single-leaf or bi-parting sliding doors offer various custom elements. Flush or sloped vision panels increase safety in busy laboratories.
