MetalWrap Long Span Series is an insulated composite backup panel system that consists of two steel skins permanently bonded to a poured-in-place foam insulating core. The panel provides thermal, air, water, and vapor barriers in a composite assembly. This single component assembly replaces multiple components used for backup wall systems. Various attachment systems are available to accommodate different exterior rainscreen materials using steel subgirts. A minimum of 18-gauge steel studs is recommended for horizontal panels.
MetalWrap insulated composite backup panels showcase integrated components, including windows and louvers. The product's single-component construction means a single source of responsibility, leading to less coordination, fewer scheduling and interface issues, and one-step installation by one contractor.

TetraShield is a foam composite panel constructed of two roll-formed steel skins surrounding and entirely bonded to a closed-cell, poured-in-place polyisocyanurate foam core. The exterior face is finished with a polyester paint to allow for longer exposure during construction. The facings and flashing tape create a vapor, air, and moisture barrier, and provide long-term thermal stability along with the foam core.
